Admission

For all courses admission usually starts from Second week of July (Tentatively 15th to 31st July). Admission to Bed classes are made by entrance test conducted by Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.

Admissions for M.A. in English, Home Science, Geography and Urdu are made directly by the college through entrance test. Admissions in other Postgraduate courses are made directly by the college on the basis of merit.

Under Graduate Courses
For admissions in the Under Graduate programs, entrance test is conducted in the first week of July.
The admission list on the basis of merit obtained in entrance examination will be put up on the college notice board on the date announced.

Application for admission to College should be made on the prescribed form available with college counter during working hours from 10.0 am to 2.0 pm.

Candidates who qualify the entrance test according to the criteria stated by the college have applied for admission will report to Departmental Admission Committee between 10 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. along with the original and one photocopy /attested copy of the following documents:

Demand Draft in favour of Principal Hashmi Girls PG College, Hashmi Nagar, Amroha.
Certificate of Date of Birth (Issued by the Board, 10th passing certificate).
Detailed Marks-Sheet (Sr. Secondary/Equivalent Exam.).
Two self attested copies of passport size photographs, (for admission form).
Caste Certificate (if the candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC category).
